This practice operates firmly within a social justice, anti-oppressive framework. I am deeply, actively committed to providing an intersectional, celebratory, and fiercely protective therapeutic space for LGBTQIA+, transgender, non-binary, and consensual non-monogamy dynamics.
This is also a neurodiversity-affirming practice. Your nervous system is respected here. There is no expectation to mask, perform, or force your brain to communicate in neurotypical ways. Your whole identity, history, and lived experience are honored and held with care.
Disrupting the Medical Model Together
Asynchronous Video & Text | Complete Schedule Flexibility | Flat-Rate Weekly Subscriptions | Tailored Interventions
Traditional therapy expects your internal world to conform to a rigid, 53-minute time slot once a week. If you navigate a demanding schedule, "executive dysfunction," varying energy levels, or simply a life that doesn't pause, rushing across town for an appointment often adds more stress than relief.
This practice operates entirely asynchronously, which just means there is no pressure to perform your healing live on the clock. Instead, we trade secure video and text messages on your own time. It is designed to meet you exactly where you are, precisely when you need it, working with your nervous system instead of against it.
There are no live appointments. No waiting rooms. No eye-contact fatigue. Instead, you have continuous access to a secure, private stream where you can drop recorded video reflections and text-based journal entries the moment an insight, trigger, or emotional wave occurs.
Process Without the Pressure: Because our communication isn't bound by a live clock, you have the space to process your thoughts, pause, and communicate at your own speed. You don't have to formulate the "perfect" response on the spot. On my end, I review your submissions outside the context of a live session, allowing me to track deeper patterns and formulate comprehensive, tailored, expert feedback.
Dismantling the Waiting Game: Instead of holding onto a painful realization or a sudden breakthrough for six days until your next scheduled session, you can hand it over to the secure stream immediately, freeing up your cognitive and emotional energy.
Respecting the Body: Every week, you receive a dedicated video synthesis from me, alongside highly customized somatic, experiential, and mindfulness exercises built specifically around your real-time context, capacity, and needs.
This is a collaborative, highly active partnership.
It turns therapy from an isolated weekly obligation into an integrated
practice that flows naturally within the actual rhythm of your daily life.

True, lasting change rarely happens by just talking about a problem intellectually. Healing requires honoring the relationship with your body. Because of this, my practice is grounded in an experiential, attachment-based depth approach. I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), trauma-informed and mindfulness-based approaches, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles.
We use our asynchronous space to slow down, drop the clinical performance, and notice how your history lives in your physical body right now. I pair this deep somatic work with practical, tailored experiments that you can safely engage with at home. The goal is to create corrective emotional experiences—getting out of your head and actually changing how you are relating to your nervous system and your body in the present moment.

“...we say things like, let's slow this down a little. Let's breathe. Let's activate that moment that was so hard for you, and let's see what we would say if this was a dear one coming to us with this scenario.
And the love shows up. The compassion shows up. The breath slows down. The 'oh I see that you are really hurting' language arrives... The connection happens. Clarity can come. Calmness can even arrive.
And he thanks me for all the ways I let him share this space with me. These are the hidey holes we expose as we reach for healing. I'm so thankful I'm not trying to do this alone. This is where the life is.”
